Information you share

When you send a project request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project location, selected service, and the details you submit. We use this information to respond and manage your request.

Your customer portal

If you become a customer, your account may include project details, updates, photos, documents, estimates, invoices, and payment status. These records are available to your account and authorized North VISTA administrators. Files are stored outside the public website folder and served through access checks.

Passwords and payment details

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Online payments and saved payment methods are not currently available on this website. Do not submit card numbers, security codes, bank details, or passwords through the project request form or project messages.

Invitation emails

When North VISTA adds your customer account or issues a new invitation, we send an email to your account address through our hosting provider. It contains a private, single-use link to set or reset your portal password. The link expires after 48 hours. Reply to the email or contact North VISTA if you need help.

Essential cookies and security records

We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. We keep limited security and activity records to prevent misuse and track changes. This version of the site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our hosting provider also processes technical request information to operate the site.

Managing your information

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Some project and billing records may need to be retained for business or legal purposes.
